Private & Group lessons are available on
Tues/Wed/Th from 7:05-9:05pm in 30min and 1hr time slots.

Children (3-12)
Preschool (3-5 yo):
Play-based lessons that introduce young swimmers to the water, develop basic safety skills, and build confidence.
​
Swimmer (6-12 y/o):​​
Progressive levels that focus on stroke development, endurance, and water safety, helping kids become strong, capable swimmers.
Adults (16+)
Adult 1:
For complete beginners with no swimming experience. This class focuses on building comfort and confidence in the water while learning essential skills such as breathing, front and back floats, glides, and basic kicks and strokes—all taught at a relaxed, beginner-friendly pace.

Adult 2:​​
​For swimmers who can swim at least 25m and want to build confidence and improve technique. This class focuses on body position, breathing, kicking, and coordinated strokes, with an introduction to freestyle and backstroke to help you swim more efficiently and independently.
Private Lessons
Private:
Provides one-on-one instruction for swimmers of all levels. Certified instructors tailor each session to your goals and comfort level, with 30-minute or 1-hour options available.

Semi-private:​​
​Personalized instruction for swimmers of all levels, perfect for friends or siblings learning together. Enjoy tailored coaching from certified instructors, with 30-minute or 1-hour sessions available to fit your schedule.
