Our Summer 2026 term is currently running from Jun 30 - Aug 27.​
Swimming is a skill that requires repetition to master, which is why our swim programs run by the season.
Private & Group lessons are available on:
Tuesdays @ 4pm-9pm
Wednesdays @ 7pm-9pm
Thursdays @ 7pm-9pm ​
Children (3-12)
Preschool (3-5 yo):
Play-based lessons that introduce young swimmers to the water, develop basic safety skills, and build confidence.

Swimmer (6-12 y/o):​​
Progressive levels that focus on stroke development, endurance, and water safety, helping kids become strong, capable swimmers.
Adults (16+)
Adult 1 is for those with no prior experience of swimming. Here, we go over the swim basics such as floating, gliding, breathing, and kicking.

Adult 1.5
If you’ve completed Adult 1 and can already float and glide comfortably, this next beginner level is designed for you. Adult 1.5 continues to build your confidence while helping you transition from assisted skills to more independent swimming.

Adult 2 is for those who are able to swim 25m, but are looking to increase their distance and learn proper technique.
Adult 3 is our fitness class designed for those able to swim over 100m and are looking for a workout.​

Semi-Private
Dive into personalized instruction with our semi-private swim lessons, designed to meet swimmers at their level. Perfect for friends, partners, or siblings that are looking to take a swim lesson together!
