Registration Guidelines
Adult 1
If you are a complete beginner with zero swimming experience, this class is perfect for you! Our focus is on helping you feel comfortable and confident in the water while learning the essential building blocks of swimming. You’ll learn proper breathing techniques, front and back floats, smooth glides, and foundational kicks and strokes—all at a relaxed pace designed for absolute beginners. With patient instruction and a supportive environment, you’ll gain the skills needed to safely enjoy the water and start your swimming journey.

Adult 2
Adult 2 is designed for swimmers who have some experience in the water but are still building confidence and technique. This class focuses on developing stronger foundational skills, improving body position, and refining breathing and timing. You’ll work on front and back glides, efficient kicking, coordinated arm movements, and introduction to full strokes such as freestyle and backstroke. With guided practice and clear instruction, you’ll increase your endurance, improve your technique, and feel more comfortable swimming independently.
The pre-requisite to Adult 2 is to be able to swim 25m, or have passed Adult 1.

Adult 3
Adult 3 is a fitness-focused class for swimmers who can comfortably swim over 100m at a time and are looking to build strength through structured drills that improve technique and endurance. Sessions are designed to keep your heart rate up with continuous sets, interval work, and purposeful rest, making it a great option for those who want swimming to double as a challenging workout. This class is also ideal for anyone training for or considering a triathlon and wanting to build confidence and efficiency in the water.

The pre-requisite to Adult 3 is to be able to swim 100m, or have passed Adult 2.
